Admission & Age Policy
This Event is strictly 17+. Valid original photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driving licence) may be required on entry and for alcohol consumption. Entry may be refused without refund if valid ID is not provided or if age requirements are not met.
Tickets
- A valid ticket is required for entry and must be retained at all times during the Event.
- Tickets are issued as revocable licences and remain the property of the Promoter.
- Tickets are personal and non-transferable.
- Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of cancellation or a material alteration to the Event.
- Lost, stolen, altered, or damaged tickets may be invalid and will not be replaced.
Tickets obtained in breach of these Terms may be void and admission may be refused.
Entry & Security
Entry is subject to security checks. By attending, you consent to reasonable searches of your person and belongings. Refusal to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal from the Event without refund.
No re-entry is permitted unless explicitly stated. Entry and access to specific areas or performances are subject to capacity and cannot be guaranteed.
Prohibited Items
You must not bring prohibited items into the Event. These include (but are not limited to):
- food and drink (unless approved for medical reasons)
- drugs or controlled substances
- weapons or dangerous items
- glass, fireworks, flares, drones or similar
- animals (except assistance animals)
Prohibited items may be confiscated or destroyed. Possession may result in refusal of entry or ejection without refund.
Behaviour & Conduct
You must behave responsibly at all times and comply with all instructions given by Event staff, stewards, and security personnel.
The following are not permitted:
- anti-social, aggressive or disruptive behaviour
- actions that may endanger others or interfere with the Event
Failure to comply may result in removal from the Event without refund.
Decisions made by the Promoter or Event staff are final and based on reasonable judgment in the interests of safety and Event management.
Event Changes & Refunds
The Event may be subject to changes, postponement, or cancellation. Refunds (if applicable) will be handled through the authorised ticket provider in accordance with their terms.
Changes to line-up, artists, or performance times do not constitute a material alteration and do not entitle you to a refund.
Personal arrangements (including travel and accommodation) are made at your own risk.
Photography, Filming & CCTV
By attending, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded and to such content being used for promotional purposes.
CCTV may be in operation for safety and security.
Third-Party Purchases
Tickets must be purchased through authorised sellers. Tickets obtained from unauthorised sources may be invalid and refused at entry.
Health & Safety
The Event may include loud music, lighting effects, and uneven or outdoor terrain. Weather conditions may affect the Event. You attend at your own risk and should take appropriate precautions.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to this, the Promoter is not liable for indirect losses or for personal travel, accommodation, or related expenses.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Enforcement
Any breach of these Terms or Event rules may result in cancellation of the ticket, refusal of entry, or removal from the Event without refund.
