When you register or buy ticket(s) the following information is
collected. When you purchase a ticket for an event this data is passed
onto the respective organiser and in this instance ShowsHappening acts
as the Data Processor. We pass on the information to the organisers
solely and specifically for such organiser to be able to make contact
you, the ticket holder if, for instance, the event is cancelled or
otherwise postponed.
If you have opted in to receive promotional updates from the promoters
of the events that you attend, then we you are authorizing such
promoters to access your email address for the purpose of sending you
promotional material. It is important to note that you may opt in to
all the promoters you have bought tickets for, or none. Whilst we will
do our best to inform the promoter when you decide to opt out, you
acknowledge that you may need to make this request directly to the
promoter.
You can always check, amend or delete what details we have on file
from your ShowsHappening profile.
Personal Data
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to3

- Your email address,
- Your phone number may be requested, depending on the event,
- The names of the other people you have bought tickets for (to be printed on the ticket),
- Your password remains encrypted (even we cannot access it - we can only reset it),
- Any specific information needed for the event or delivery of your tickets,
- Whether you have opted in to receiving ShowsHappening promotional material,
- Whether you have opted in to receiving promotional material from the promoters of the events you buy tickets for;

Data may include information such as Your Devices Internet Protocol
address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of
our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time
spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic

to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID,
the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system,
