The Three Palaces Festival Early Opera & Music Festival is a festival that takes place during the first week of November. Organised by Festivals Malta, the festival focuses on the premise that “our ordinary is actually extraordinary”, which is coming from the fact that in Malta we are surrounded by magnificent buildings that we pass by every day and barely notice their beauty.

& a special surprise
Martynas Levickis likes to call his instrument a box of magic tricks. And its true: when this Lithuanian musician straps on his accordion and begins to play the audience often falls silent, spellbound as if watching an amazing magic show. Levickis is a man with a mission: to at last secure for his eternally underestimated instrument the reputation it deserves.
Levickis' stellar career as an ambassador for the accordion took off rapidly when he won the casting show "Lithuania's Got Talent" in 2010, followed by a debut album on Decca Classics that climbed straight to No. 1 in the British classical charts.
Today Martynas Levickis is one of the most in demand accordion soloists in the world. Past and future musical partnerships include Andris Nelsons, Iveta Apkalna, Benjamin Appl, the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields, Andrés Orozco-Estrada, the NDR Radiophilharmonie, Clemens Schuldt and the Kammerakademie Potsdam.
