What are Booking Fees?

Booking Fees (BF) are added to each ticket bought online and include VAT, your receipt is also sent to you seperately. Without these booking fees, we would not be able to provide you with this ticketing service. Included in the booking fees are server maintenance, customer service, account and audit costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing ShowsHappening; a Maltese registered Ltd. company (C60339). The booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances, even if the promoter cancels the event and asks us to return your ticket money. Our aim is to make online ticketing in Malta as easy and hassle free as possible for both ticket buyers and event organisers.
