Description
In 2023, Tim Borg's life flipped on its head: moving away from Malta, breaking off a long-term relationship, and getting diagnosed with autism all within the space of 3 months.
So, did he head off to South East Asia to find himself, like any other basic white girl would? No, because he's not a basic white girl. Instead, he did the most "man in his 30s" thing possible, and went all in on stand up comedy, because people need to hear him speak, as he's somehow different from all the other men doing the same thing (even if he can't figure out how).
UNCHARTED TERRITORY chronicles Tim Borg's attempt to rediscover his identity after his world was turned upside down, exploring themes such as masculinity, autism, and people pleasing, while occasionally taking tangents into his multiple failed attempts at finding love.
Described by Malcolm Galea as “one of our sharpest and most innovative home-grown comedians”, by Mustafa Algiyadi as “damn right funny”, and by the news outlet FreeHour as “romantically hopeless”, Tim’s debut solo show is definitely worth a watch.
